Clean stains with lukewarm water and mild soap, wipe down with a wet cloth and air-dry in the shade to avoid color fading. Avoid fully submerging your bag if possible, and do not machine wash, iron or use strong chemical cleaning products on your bag.


All our 1000D nylon-constructed bags come with our Generation warranty. This means that the buckles, zippers, bindings, fabric and stitching on our products will be free from defects in materials or workmanship for 25 years as long as the original purchaser owns the product. If one of our products fails during the warranty period due to a defect in material or workmanship, we will repair or replace the defective part or entire bag after photo assessment by our team. This will require you to send it to us with postage paid, together with your proof of purchase.

Damages that result from misuse or abuse of the product are not covered by our warranty. It does not cover normal wear and tear such as abrasion, scratches or fading. Loss of your bag and/or contents is obviously not covered under our warranty either.

Our older Canvas bags came with a 1 year warranty.

If you purchased directly from and would like to return your bag within 100 days of purchase, we can issue you a refund or exchange. Returned goods must be in perfect, un-used condition with all original tags and packaging. If you purchased your product from a retail store or a website other than, please go directly to the original place of purchase. To initiate a return or refund, please use the Contact page, and we’ll guide you through the process.

Absolutely. We ship to Canada through our US site and Europe and Australia/New Zealand through our international sites. Please note that customs may impose charges that we are unaware of. Customers are responsible for any customs charges.
